OrganoTex® textile impregnations are developed by the Swedish environmental technology company OrganoClick.
The technology is based on many years of natural chemical research in biomimetics, where the water-repellent properties of leafy plants have been imitated.
The technology forms a 3D network of water-repellent organic polymers that, through our technology, bind to and protect the textile fibers in depth.
When the fibers have been treated, dried and then stand up, the water and dirt repellency itself is created.
This unique technology maintains the structure, color and vapor permeability of the garment/textile, since no “film” is created as in many other water-repellent textile technologies.

The product is also a very good choice for our environment as it is:
• Rapidly biodegradable according to OECD 301A (within 7 days)
• Water-based and free from solvents (VOC)
• Free from fluorocarbons (PFCs and PFAS), isocyanates, formaldehyde and cyclic siloxanes (D4, D5, D6) – (substances that are endocrine disruptors or carcinogens and are often used in textile chemistry).
• Classified as not environmentally hazardous or toxic according to the CLP regulation.
• Developed and manufactured according to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 in Sweden by OrganoClick AB.

OrganoTex Spray-On effectively and environmentally friendly impregnates your horse rugs, functional clothing and outdoor textiles. The bio-based formula immediately recreates the fabric’s original protection against water and dirt. At the same time, the spray fully preserves the material’s color and breathability. The 500 milliliter bottle is enough for about five or six regular garments.
Timely wear and repeated washing breaks down the fabric’s water-repellent surface. When the outer fabric absorbs moisture, it stops ventilation completely. You quickly feel wet and cold from your own body vapor. By re-impregnating regularly, you ensure protection and maintain function during tough outdoor activities. OrganoTex mimics nature’s own chemistry and is biodegradable. This product eliminates all harmful PFAS substances, synthetic waxes and fossil polymers.
This universal spray impregnation protects most materials in your wardrobe. Improve the function of waterproof membrane clothing, windbreakers, down products, tents and backpacks. The formula performs best on synthetic materials such as polyester and polyamide. It also cares for natural materials such as wool and cotton.
You can impregnate quickly and easily at home. Start with a completely clean and dry garment. Hold the bottle 20 centimeters away and spray evenly over the entire surface. Then wait a minute before spraying a second time. Spread the liquid evenly over the fabric with a cloth. Wipe off excess drops immediately to avoid stains on the fabric. Finish the treatment in a dryer or drying cabinet at 40 to 70 degrees. The heat activates the fibers and provides the absolute strongest protection against moisture. Expect one bottle to be enough for a large horse blanket.
