EquoIQ Horsewear AB, the private limited company behind EquoIQ, offers high quality, ergonomic horse blankets developed together with equine therapists and veterinarians. Sales take place via our online shop as well as at trade shows and horse competitions.

To shop through our website and register a user account with us, you must be over 16 years old.


All prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT, currently 25%. For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €15 will be added, see below.

15 EUR for rugs.                                                                                                                                                                5 EUR for accessories.


We use payment via card payment and PayPal and direct transfer to bank when nessesary. Payment shall be made within 4 working days.

Delivery and shipping

The freight charge is €15 within the EU for orders under €150. For orders over €150, shipping is free.
Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland also have costs for customs and shipping cost is €25.

Please note that when ordering, you must enter the same name that is on your ID card, otherwise you may have trouble retrieving your package.

You will be notified when your package is available for collection depending on the routines of the last leg delivery company. In general:

  • If you have entered your mobile phone number, you will be notified via SMS if your country’s delivery service supports SMS notifications.
  • If we do not have your mobile number, a message will be sent via email.
  • If we do not have a mobile number or an e-mail address, through postal mail delivery.

Delivery time

All items are in stock and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that you are only entitled to cancel the purchase on extended delivery time if the delivery time is of significant importance.

Partial deliveries

If an item is not currently in stock, and this results in your order being split into several deliveries, we will monitor it for you. We will deliver it later at no extra shipping cost.

If you do not want to wait, you can, of course, cancel. The shipping fee, if applicable, is only charged once per order, regardless of the number of packages.

Transport insurance

All goods sent to you are insured for transport. If you notice any damage to the item, please notify us within three (3) days. We are responsible for the transport risk on delivery from us. In case of a return, you are responsible for the transport risk.

Order confirmation

When you shop at EquoIQ you will first receive a preliminary order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and placed in our order management, a final order confirmation will be sent via email.

Right to return policy

We have 14 days cooling off period and the right to return your purchase when you shop at EquoIQ. The return policy time is valid from the date you received the item. If you want to return or exchange your product, you must notify us by e-mail. Please send the item back within 14 days of receiving it.

The goods returned must be in the same pristine condition you received them in, unused and in the original packaging. It is not allowed to tape or paste on the original packaging.

If you want to return or exchange your item by post, please contact us. Return shipping, at the moment €15 within EU, will be deducted from the return value.

If you make a new order in connection with your return, such as change size or model, we will not charge any shipping fee for the new order.

Refunds on the Rights to Return policy are made with the payment method you used in the purchase within 14 days.

NOTE! Unsolved goods that are returned to us are charged with €25.

Consumer purchase rights

As a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of return from the time you received the item. If you want to undo your purchase, you must notify us.

The message should clearly state which purchase it is, order number and that you regret the purchase. Our full contact details can be found above under “Right to return policy” above. Note that it is not counted as an exercise of the right of return unless you pick up your package or do not receive a delivery.

When exercising the right of return, you are responsible for the return freight. Note that if you return a used item, we will do a value evaluation of the item. You will then receive money back for the item minus the value deduction according to law. The depreciation of value can extend up to 100% in case the goods cannot be resold.


If you want to file a complaint about a product, please contact us primarily via mail sales@equoiq.com, or you can contact our customer service by phone +4673-180 33 00.

Remember that you must send our receipt and delivery note in order to be able to file a complaint. You have the right to claim a damaged or defective item within 2 years, provided that the item was incorrect at the time of delivery.

We urge you to complain immediately after the fault is discovered. 2 months is always considered a reasonable time for notification.

NOTE! Rugs and blankets must be clean and dry to be handled. If we accept the complaint, we reserve the right to repair the goods as a first choice. If this is not possible, we will send a new item.

Should the item be out of stock, we will refund the purchase price and any shipping charges that you have incurred in connection with the complaint, within 14 days.

Refunds in the case of complaints are made with the same payment method as at the purchase. In connection with a complaint, you are entitled to compensation for reasonable surrounding costs which the complaint entails, for example, shipping.

EquoIQ Horsewear AB is responsible for personal data handling of your personal data. Personal data is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties. As registered with EquoIQ Horsewear AB, you have certain rights in relation to your personal data according to the European General Data Production Regulation.

Offers and communication

As a customer with us, we want to make sure you always get our latest offers and stay up to date on new products. We usually communicate via e-mail and EqouIQ, but sometimes we also communicate through digital advertising on external websites and social media.


Cookies are used to make your visit to us better. Saved cookies are used, for example, to provide you with customised and relevant information and a personalised shopping experience. Cookies help hold the items in your shopping basket, but also record which pages you have visited on equpiq.com. This can help form a basis of our marketing when you visit our and other websites.

Force majeure

Events such as wars, natural disasters, labour market battles, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and similar events beyond EquoIQ Horsewear AB’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This means that Dulima is exempted from its obligations to fulfil signed agreements.


Our legal basis for saving your information is based on the fact that you as a customer, for example by shopping on the website, have entered into an agreement with EquoIQ Horsewear AB. The agreement is covered by the content on this page. By ordering a product from this website, you have entered an agreement with EquoIQ Horsewear AB.
